Our Weight Loss Programs will include once a month a Massage Session given by an Expert Masseur and/or Masseuse:

Breathing Therapy will be included in any of our programs once a month:

  • For smoking cessation as breathing will oxygenate the lungs and release the nicotine out of the body faster so you’ll get rid of the craving in no time.
  • For weight loss as breathing will oxygenate the circulatory system and the digestive system helping clean your intestinal track from debris that clogs “the villi” in your small intestines that absorbs nutrition out of the foods that you eat.
  • For Sports Enhancement programs to have more of that “second wind” in your lungs then you ever imagined.
  • For Singers and Actors giving them too that powerful  “second wind” that will enhance your voice.
